We want you to love your Public Desire look, but if it's not quite right, you have 28 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund. Please ensure all items are unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags still attached.

Place your items back in their original box or bag, ensuring they are securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Your Label

Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
